Thank you for shopping HER Standard. Each piece is part of a limited pre-order release and is produced with intention and care.

Pre-Orders

All items are pre-order only. This means products are made after the pre-order window closes.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the processing timeline outlined below.

Processing Time

Once the pre-order window closes, orders will be processed within up to 2 weeks before shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

After processing is complete, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping Locations

At this time, HER Standard ships within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HER Standard is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

HER Standard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to us at sales@shopherstandard.com and we will do our best to assist.

Delays

While we aim to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to production or shipping carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding during pre-order fulfillment.
